You can set different roles and permissions within your team.
OWNER
He is the owner of the account and administrator of the bot.
ADMIN
He is the bot administrator: he can modify the chatbot knowledge base, launch training, customize the graphics, put into production, update the bot…
NB: To assign the administrator role to a new user, once invited to your team, you must enter the chatbot on which you want to be administrator and in the “set up” phase of the wizard click on the selector as shown in the figure:
MEMBER
He can only access the handover module and take over the management of the conversations transferred by the bot.
