The Improve step allows you to add an unlimited number of Q&As to expand your chatbot’s knowledge base.
The numerical value on the left shows the total number of additional questions you have entered.
The starting value is zero and the platform reports that “You have not added additional questions yet”.
In the next chapter of the documentation we will see how to add additional questions.
