Additional utterances are those that you have added to your bots knowledge base through the missed management process.
Additional utterances will expand your bot’s initial knowledge base.
You will find missed messages added to the existing knowledge base in the “additional utterance” tab.
Once a missed message has been managed, you will get a mapping of the additional utterances, as shown in the image below:
This way you will be able to audit the various changes and roll back in case of an error or conflict.
