In the “Teach” phase you will be asked to fill out the survey that will enable your bot to properly handle customers’ Q&As.
The Teach survey is pre-set and all you have to do is entering the answers to the survey’s questions.
The widget at the top right will indicate the survey completion percentage and once it turns green, you can continue to the next step.
By clicking on each question, an editing screen, like the one in the figure, will open.
Here, you can paste or type the answer of the bot and format the text as you like, by inserting emoticons, links, images, videos or gifs.
Click on the green “Save” icon to save and proceed to the next question.
