The handover module may be accessed in three different ways.
First, click on your profile initials from the menu at the top right:
From the window, click on the “on your profile “Profile” button:
From your profile page click on the tab “Handover”:
Second, you can access the handover by clicking on the hand shaking icon on the top right menu.
Third, you can click on the “Handover” link in the footer of the page:
You will enter the following area, where conversations’ transfer notifications will be reported.:
If no handover request has been submitted in the meantime, the platform will return by default the message: “No activity at the moment”.
