It is possible to search among the bot’s missed messages by using an appropriate filtering field, as shown in the figure:
Use this field to filter missed messages by text inputs (name, keywords, description).
Use the calendar icon to filter missed messages by data.
Select which missed messages to visualize: if generated after deployment, testing area or both.
Click the “Remove filters” button, to visualize the full list of missed messages, sorted by order of entry.
NB: test missed messages are those generated during the “preview” step of our wizard.
