Before deploying yor chatbot, you’d better test the bot’s responsiveness to verify that you have covered all the possible questions that users may ask.
To start testing, ask the bot to introduce itself and tell what it can do for you.
In the chatbot first answer (accessible from the Teach step) be sure to include navigation suggestions, that will guide user requests.
Proceed by asking the questions you have included in the knowlege base, trying to imagine the user journey.
