Within the transcripts tab, the list of conversations will appear as shown in the figure.
For each conversation is reported an identifier (conversation id), the channel of origin, the page of origin, the user’s email (if the access to the bot requires authentication).
For each conversation selected from the list on the left, the messages thread between bot and user will appear on the right side of the screen.
Scroll down to view the whole conversation.
Each conversation shows the date when conversation happened and buttons to access in-depth data.
The handover icon provides access to handover data (in case the conversation ended up with a handover request ).
The numbering icon shows the total number of messages within each conversation:
The conversation reload icon allows you to restart it, for example, if the conversation is taking place live and the system has not loaded all the data, yet.
The download button allows you to download every single conversation.
