In the this step you can finally train your bot. This means you will let him learn everything you added in the knowledge base, by completing the previous steps.
To proceed with the training of your chatbot, simply click on the “Start the training” button, as shown in the figure.
NB: Once your first training has been launched, the training button will change in “Repeat the training”, as shown in the figure:
Once the training is finished, a training score will be shown.
The training score indicates the level of confidence that your chatbot has with the acquired knowledge base.
If the score is less than 75% you better revisit your Q&As and check for any conflicts.
A conflict typically occurs when two or more questions have different intents but very similar wording. In this case it is advisable to merge two questions by providing a single answer.
If you are not satisfied with your bot, you can improve it by going back to the previous steps to modify the survey, to edit and integrate the additional questions, and correctly manage “misses”.
If you’re happy with your score, you can proceed to the next step to customize the chatroom design and test your bot.
