In the “Teach” phase you will be asked to fill out the survey that will enable your bot to properly handle customers’ Q&As.
The Teach survey is composed of a pre-set part called “basic expertise (survey)” where you can modify the bot’s answers while the “custom expertise (Q&A)” part is where you can insert all your information that the bot will have to be able to answer.
Click directly on the questions to edit them, as shown in the figure below:
By clicking inside each question, an editing screen like the one in the figure will open.
Inside, you can paste or type the answer that the bot will have to return and format the text as you like, inserting emoticons, links, images, videos or gifs.
Click on the green “Save” icon to save and proceed with the next question.
Alternatively, use the selector to associate a conversation flow to the question, as shown in the figure:
The widget in the top right will indicate the percentage of completion of the survey and once it turns green, you can proceed to the next step.

You can expand your chatbot’s knowledge base with generative AI.

At this point, you can expand the chatbot’s knowledge base automatically through various systems.

At the end of the process, select the questions you want to add to the knowledge base, save and close the window.
You will find all the questions in the teach phase under the category “custom expertise (Q&A)“.
EXPANDING KNOWLEDGE BASE THROUGH MANUAL METHOD
NB: You can also add questions manually by selecting the “+” button.
In this case you will need to insert a title, a direct answer or activate a flow and assign some alternative way for your users to ask for this information.
NB: in this case too, click on the magic wand button to automatically create alternative ways that your users will use to request the information.
