Crafter.ai is a SaaS platform and is constantly releasing updates available to all subscribers.
When a new version of the module you is available, a message will be displayed in the set up step of our wizard, as shown in the figure:
Click on the button shown in the figure to update the module.
At the end of the update (a few seconds) you will see the following message:
At this point you will have the most updated version of the module you are using.
You can continue building your chatbot.
NB: Updating the module could add new questions to the chatbot knowledge base. After the update, go to the “teach” step and check if all questions have been completed:
Or search the filters if the update has integrated new features.
