You can change the bot’s initial message by inserting a flow within the chatbot’s welcome message.
Unlike a static text message, where the bot is in listening mode and the user isn’t sure what to ask for, the new feature makes the bot proactive in guiding the user through the conversation.
Use the select to explore your Q&A with flows and enable the flow you need.
NB: If you have not created a flow yet, the select will be empty, as in the image below:
To create a flow, start by clicking the “+” button at the bottom right:

By using this feature, you can change the initial message of the bot and have a different interaction, as shown in the figure below:
In this example, we see how the Sorgenia bot at the beginning of the conversation presents a list of buttons (created with the flow designer).
