The second tab of the Improve step allows you to manage missed messages (requestes that the bot could not handle)
The misses will appear only after testing the bot, either in the Preview phase or deploying your chatbot.
All missed messages generated will be reported in this section.
You can manage misses by using the dedicated icons on the left.
The “+” icon allows you to create a new additional question starting from the generated miss.
The “Puzzle” icon allows you to add the missed message within an existing Q&A in the knowledge base.
The “Prohibition sign” icon allows you to ignore the miss, in case it is un-relevant.
