What is a “Chat”?
In our system, a “chat” is defined as each individual message exchanged between the user and the chatbot. Every time your bot responds or the user sends a new message, it is counted as a “chat” for the purposes of your plan.
What is the difference between a test agent and a production agent?
Test agents can be freely created and tested within the platform without any limits. Production agents, on the other hand, are the ones you can put online and use with real users: the number depends on the plan you choose.
What happens if I exceed the number of messages included in my plan?
You can purchase additional message packages or upgrade to the next plan. This way, you avoid service interruptions and ensure the continuity of conversations.
What do simultaneous conversations mean?
This refers to the maximum number of users an agent can handle at the same time without performance drops. For example, with the PREMIUM plan, you can manage up to 6 simultaneous conversations.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade whenever you want. The process takes just a few clicks, and the additional features become available immediately.
Can I use my company documents to train the agents?
Certainly. Each plan allows you to upload documents using RAG technology.
What is “1-click deployment”?
It is a feature that allows you to deploy an agent online with a single click, without having to configure servers or complex environments. We take care of all the technical deployment.
Which communication channels are supported?
Agents can be integrated with WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, MS Teams, and via API connectors with other business systems.
Is dedicated support available?
Yes. All plans include basic support via the in-platform form. With the ULTRA and ENTERPRISE plans, you will also have a dedicated account manager.
Are the agents and the platform multilingual?
Yes. Agents can converse in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and others, depending on your audience’s needs. The platform language can be set to Italian, English, or Portuguese.
What does the ENTERPRISE plan include that the other plans don’t?
The ENTERPRISE plan is fully customizable. In addition to unlimited messages and agents, it includes: advanced analytics, voicebot, custom integrations, and premium support with a dedicated account manager.
