Project management tool – A home for our club
When it came to choosing a project management software for our platform’s code-base, the most natural temptation was to use Basecamp.
Basecamp is much more than a project management tool but if you want to use it also to manage the development of a software project you have to give up a traditional kanban style model and marry the working method proposed by Ryan Singer in the free e-book “SHAPE UP ”which can be downloaded at this link (https://basecamp.com/shapeup).
In athics we have married and implemented many of the Shape-up proposals but for the kanban our choice has fallen on Clubhouse and, to date, we are very satisfied with this product.

For newly born startups Clubhouse is also very interesting because teams under 10 can use it for free ;-).
