The Best Experience with a Human Resources Chatbot
The human resources chatbot, integrated into the WhatsApp channel, collects data, forms and pre-compiled documents, providing material such as company policies and operational procedures.
The chatbot guides the onboarding process in Italian and English and answers questions about credentials, badges, canteen, parking and technical support, sending daily reminders until the process is complete. The HR team monitors progress via a dashboard with progress indicators.
